Is your initial assessment service free of charge?

Unfortunately, we do charge for our initial assessment service. As per our Code of Conduct, we are liable for every piece of advice we give. We must be aware of your and your family's whole circumstance before providing appropriate guidance. We undertake an in-depth review of your circumstances and the current migration legislation and policy before consulting with you.

We do, however, offer a no-obligation quick assessment. This assessment only advises what visa options you may have but does not confirm your eligibility. For our assessment review, please complete the quick-assess form.

Can you guarantee approval of my visa?

As per our Code of Conduct, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any application. We can, however, ensure to submit your application at the highest standards to give you the best chance of success.

How much do you charge to assist with my application?

Our professional fees will depend on what application you apply for and your situation. We suggest undertaking our initial assessment service to review your circumstances and advise you of your options, including the costs associated with applying.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans to assist with paying our professional fees. However, other associated fees must be paid at the time of submission/ lodgement.

What are the requirements to get a visa to Australia?

There are several types of visas you can apply for in Australia, and the requirements for each visa type vary. We suggest undertaking our initial assessment service to review your circumstances and advise you of your options. We can then advise of the requirements for the specific visa type you may be eligible for.

What documents do I need to apply for my application?

The documents you need for an application depend on what you apply for. Please note, for us to advise you of what documents you require, we will need to have a client agreement in place once your eligibility has been confirmed.

How long does it take for you to prepare my application?

We estimate that it may take 7-14 business days to prepare and lodge your application. The time taken will largely depend on you providing the necessary supporting information and documents.

How long does it take for my application to be processed/ approved?

The timeframe for your application to be decided depends upon the relevant Assessing Authority, the Department of Home Affairs or review body’s processing time service standards. We, unfortunately, have no control of their service standards.
